Payment and cancellation conditions: Individuals

  1. Payment Terms

Upon reservation request, Moliné Travel will issue a confirmation document indicating the reserved hotel, number of guests, total price, arrival and departure dates, and payment details.

Payment Schedule:

  • First Payment: 25% of the total amount, due within 1 week of reservation confirmation.
  • Second Payment: 25% of the total amount, due by January 15, 2027.
  • Final Payment: 50% of the total amount, due by May 3, 2027.

Failure to make any of the payments within the specified deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. In such cases, applicable cancellation fees will apply.

Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card payment gateway.
