Payment and cancellation conditions: Groups

Payment and cancellation conditions: Individuals

    1. Payment Method:

Upon reservation request, Moliné Travel will issue a confirmation document indicating the reserved hotel, number of guests, total price, arrival and departure dates, and payment details.

Payment Schedule:

  • First Payment: 50% of the total amount, due within 7 days of reservation confirmation.
  • Final Payment: 50% of the total amount, due by May 2nd, 2026.

Failure to make any of the payments within the specified deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. In such cases, applicable cancellation fees will apply.

Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card payment gateway.

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
