At the moment of requesting the reservation, Moliné Travel will send you a confirmation sheet with a confirmation number indicating the hotel reserved, number of people, total price of the reservation with the dates of arrival and departure and the amounts to be paid.
First payment: 10% of the total amount at the time of making the reservation
Second payment: 40% of the total amount of the trip before February 1, 2024.
The remaining 50% must be paid before May 1, 2024.
In case of failure to make the payments within the deadlines indicated, the reservation will be considered cancelled and the cancellation fees, if any, will be charged.
Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card payment gateway.
If the total cancellation occurs before December 31, 2023, the amount already paid will be refunded, minus € 50 per person for management fees.
Any cancellation or reduction of the reservation made between January 1 and January 31, 2024, will incur a penalty of 10% of the amount of the cancellation or reduction.
Any cancellation or reduction of the reservation that occurs between February 1 and April 1, 2024 will have a penalty of 30% of the cancellation or reduction made.
Any cancellation or reduction of the reservation that occurs between April 2 and May 10, 2024 will have a penalty of 50% of the cancellation or reduction made.
Any cancellation or reduction of the reservation that occurs after May 10, 2024 will have a penalty of 100% of the cancellation or reduction made.
*There is the possibility of not having any penalty if the client finds a substitution for his reservation that is equal to the reservation originally made.
If the reservation is canceled two months before for the following reasons, the total amount paid will be refunded, less €50 management fees per person.

PAYMENT FOR GROUPS
At the time of filling out the form, Moliné Travel will send the best availability and information on the hotels we have reserved. Likewise, the indications of the payment schedule.
The payment conditions for groups will be adapted to the request for services received.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS
The cancellation conditions for groups will be adapted to the request for services received.
The personal and family documents of all passengers (including children) must be in order and the client must verify that the passport, and/or visa or DNI are those required by the regulations of the country they are going to visit. Consult the corresponding embassies and consulates. Obtaining a passport or any other required requirement will be at your own expense. Citizens of other nationalities must consult with consular representations or competent organizations about the entry requirements in each country.
Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. Minors and babies must carry an ID or passport, in addition to other documents if necessary.
In the event of loss of travel documentation (hotel vouchers, airline tickets, by the client that causes loss of services, Moliné Travel will not be responsible for the expenses incurred by a new reservation and issuance, nor for the return of the lost ones. .
As far as land transport is concerned, it will be understood that the user’s luggage and other personal belongings are kept with him, regardless of the part of the vehicle in which they are placed.
Users are recommended to be present during all loading and unloading of luggage.
Very Important: For transportation by coach from airports to hotels or vice versa, please note that only one suitcase per person in the hold (25 Kl.) and one handbag or backpack inside will be accepted on the coach ( 40 high, 25 wide, 20 deep)
Some hotels have an internal policy of requesting your credit card number at check-in as a guarantee of solvency and to pay for possible extra services such as meals, bar, minibar, etc. On the day of departure, if you do not have extra expenses, request that the signed blank form with your credit card information be returned to you. If clients verify that the hotel has blocked a monetary amount, it is advisable that they go to their bank to request an update of their card transactions, since the hotels proceed to unblock it at the time of departure. hotel. However, it may take a few days for it to appear on client statements or card transactions. The Organizing Agency is not responsible for charges made by companies other than the Organizer.
In most establishments, the room will be at your disposal from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If your plane returns in the afternoon, the hotel will be able to keep your belongings (after consultation with the Hotel), and you will be able to stay there until the pick-up time (not in the room).
In the event of abandonment of the establishment before the contracted date due to force majeure, Moliné Travel does not undertake to make any refund without the written authorization of the hotel.
The organizing agency is not responsible for clients forgetting personal items at their destination. Moliné Travel will help in every possible way with the return to the place of origin. If applicable, shipment to the place of origin will be made with postage due (at the expense of the passenger).
At Moliné Travel, we recommend that all our clients take out travel insurance (which includes cancellation and medical assistance) to cover expenses that may arise due to the occurrence of any major cause (pandemic, war, natural disasters, etc.)
All prices indicated are calculated with the current VAT (September 1, 2023); Any variation that occurs before the date of service will affect the final price.
DWC Limited and Moliné Travel have a three-year agreement to be the official and recommended agency by DWC, to negotiate travel services for people or entities that request their services.

All queries or claims must be sent to Moliné Travel for processing, since DWC has no responsibility for reservations made to Moliné Travel, who have the insurance corresponding to their activity.
