Payment and cancellation conditions: Groups

Payment and cancellation conditions: Individuals

    1. Payment Method:

At the time of requesting the reservation, Moliné Travel will send a confirmation sheet that will indicate the reserved hotel, the number of guests, the total reservation price with arrival and departure dates, and the amounts to be paid.

  • First Payment: 25% of the total amount, 4 days after confirming the reservation.
  • Second Payment: 25% of the total amount must be paid before December 31st, 2024.
  • Third Payment: 50% of the total amount must be paid febore May 2nd, 2025.

Failure to make payments within the specified deadlines will result in the reservation being considered canceled, and cancellation fees, if applicable, will apply.

Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card payment gateway.

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
